The nice part about the standing area of court 2 was the great view over neighbouring courts.

After a while we got tired of standing and walked over to "Henman Hill" where we caught the last few minutes of Ana Ivanovitch's (#1 seed) close victory on the big screen TV.

Cameras were everywhere! Most cameras were held, but a few were operated remotely on 200' high cranes and extended mounts (see below).

A memorable moment occurred on the way to watch the Bryan twins (American #1 doubles) play on court 19 (below). One of the players struck a ball while we were walking toward the court and it soared high above the walkway where Al caught it without breaking stride. Great timing! It's now in our house along with the tickets and queue cards.

We caught a fleeting glance of former champion Mauresmo on court 11, but couldn't find a seat so we moved on.
